McKay Group Expands in Pleasantville with New Downtown Location

Pleasantville, IA – McKay Group is strengthening its commitment to the Pleasantville community with a move to the historic Bank Building on the Pleasantville Square. This Pleasantville office relocation ensures a more permanent and enhanced presence to better serve residents and businesses. The building is currently occupied by Knoxville Hospital & Clinics (KHC); KHC's Pleasantville Clinic will continue to operate and serve Pleasantville from its current location. The bank building was generously donated to KHC by Peoples Bank, however a significant amount of bank space was unusable for clinical operations over the last several years. This spring, construction will begin on the Pleasantville Clinic’s complete update and expansion, making the area suitable for the clinic. McKay Group will continue operating from its current Pleasantville location, relocating to the remaining vacant bank space once the transition is fully completed.

With McKay Group’s lasting relationships in Pleasantville, this move is a testament to its investment in the community’s future, allowing the growth of the McKay Group while revitalizing an important piece of the Pleasantville Square, supporting local businesses, and reinforcing Pleasantville as a thriving, connected community.
