Erica joined McKay Group in October of 2024 as an assistant to Todd. When not working Erica is active in her community. She runs a non-profit called Oskaloosa Youth Sports Foundation and is also an active volunteer in the school system. In her free time Erica enjoys spending time with her husband Stephen and their three children, attending sporting events at William Penn University, watching the Green Bay Packers, collecting antique glass, and being with family and friends.
